Free trial
Fourteen days.
Every tier on.
Run NetEnds on a host you own, against your own nodes. No key to enter, and no activation.
What you get
- Every tier switched on: Base, Events & flows, and Gia.
- Fourteen days from first boot, with a countdown in the product.
- Five nodes under management. Discovery candidates you haven’t confirmed don’t count.
- A bigger pilot gets a trial license sized to it, verified offline like any other license.
How it ends
When the fourteen days are up, the platform stops. Polling, discovery and notifications pause, and every page shows your Installation ID and how to license it.
Nothing is deleted. Send the Installation ID to sales@netends.com, upload the license file you get back on the License page, and everything resumes within seconds, with no restart.
What you need
- One Linux x86_64 host, bare metal or a VM, with Docker Engine 24 or later and the compose plugin.
- For a fleet of up to 50 nodes: 4 vCPU, 16 GiB of RAM and 200 GB of disk.
- For Gia, about 26 GiB more RAM and 30 GB more disk for its model. On the CPU, a multi-step answer takes minutes. On a 48 GB NVIDIA GPU, it takes seconds. The installer finds the GPU and uses it when the NVIDIA driver and container toolkit are installed.
- A path from the host to your nodes over SSH, SNMP and their APIs, and from your nodes back to the host for syslog, flows and traps.
The download installs with no internet access on the host. Full sizing is in the documentation.
What happens next
- Send the request. It opens a filled-in email to sales@ in your own mail app, and a person reads it.
- Get a private link by email. It carries your download links, a checksum for each file, the release public key and the install steps. Gia’s model is a separate download you can add later.
- Install on your host. The installer checks the release signature and refuses a bundle that doesn’t verify. Then sign in and run your first discovery.
Questions during the trial go to support@netends.com.
